We are privileged to share with you this year’s discerned Anchor Verse for our Metro Manila Conference 2008, entitled SFC ABLAZE. Taken from Luke 12:49 “ I Have come to set the earth on fire, and how I wish it were already blazing”, we envision seeing our SFC Members fully ablaze with fire of love stemming from the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

To date, are blessed to have a total of almost 2000 registered members however, we believe that God want more of His children to be there and be part of this celebration. We enjoin you to encourage your members to take part in this empowering event. We are extending the registration (fee of P1,200 per registrant) of members until July 16,2008. Please pay directly at the CFC Center. 

We encourage everyone to prepare spiritually for this conference more than anything else so that we will truly expirience what God wants us to give in there. Let us pray for the state of our hearts, go to mass, have confession and fasting if you can.

SWORD FROM THE STONE  (Maximum of 240 pax)

King Arthur’s legendary story of pulling out a magical sword from a stone to gain the throne was a miracle in his days.  Are we today, capable of such miraculous feats?  Not on our own but with the power of the Holy Spirit, surely everything is possible!  Though we don’t really have much need or desire for thrones nowadays, the simple truth is, everybody needs a miracle.  And with strong faith, there’s no limit to what can be done!

 

KNIGHTS & DAMSELS IN DISTRESS  (Maximum of 700 pax)

Got a lot of friends in need of everything and anything?  Frustrated how your voice seems small before the heavens?  Move heaven and earth for all knights and damsels!  Learn how YOUR intercessory prayer can help others - get the Holy Spirit to teach you how!

 

PRAYER, NOT POTIONS  (Maximum of 450 pax)

A drop of blood and a single strand of hair may have been once used to cure a headache.  Adding a dash of dog spittle would have made a cream to mend broken bones. But prayer as a cure has yielded more healing than anything ever brewed! Let loose the healing power of praying with the Holy Spirit!  You may be just what the doctor ordered!

 

ROUND-TABLE WISDOM  (Maximum of 280 pax)

The Knights of the Round Table were known for their ability to govern the kingdom in their days as they convened around the famous round table.  While the availability of such a table is scarce, Wisdom and Knowledge certainly abound, especially when it comes from the Holy Spirit!  Hone your gifts as you counsel to the rest of God’s Kingdom on earth.

 

LEGENDS & LORE  (Maximum of 240 pax)

Legends were many in the medieval times, causing much stir and excitement.  Stir up His people - prophesy with the two-edged sword – the Word of God!  Speak His Word with accuracy, boldness and confidence! All courtesy of the Holy Spirit!

 

PRAISES NOT SPELLS  (Maximum of 700 pax)

Chants, incantations and spells were all recited to no avail – primarily because nobody was there to listen.  We people of God are blessed to have a God who loves to hear us as we intimately converse with Him.  Through the Holy Spirit, we have a special way, the gift of Tongues, to praise and worship Him.  Exercise this gift, along with Interpretation of Tongues to the fullest, as often as He wishes!

 

ROUNDING UP THE CASTLE SPECTERS  (Maximum of 170 pax)

Knights, ladies and squires were not the only ones frequently haunting castles.  Is it your spirit, an evil one or the Spirit of God on hand?  Confused?  Need enlightenment?  You need not be - learn to discern which Spirit is at work!

You may also take advantage of being in SUBIC after the conference by joining the tour to the OCEAN ADVENTURE and ZOOBIC SAFARI.

I cried a lot during the MMC because of the great joy that the sharers, speakers and speakers brings to my heart. I am very overwhelmed! Thanks a lot to the heads of the CFC-SFC. More power! May God be praised!

Thank GOD for allowing me to experience my first ever conference in my SFC life. Hehe! =)

It was a great experience! I always say that the financial struggles that we faced just for us to attend to the conference were nothing compared to the value or inspiration we will be getting from the said conference. And indeed, I was renewed, inspired, blessed and contented; flowing with GOD’S graces and love.

I am applying what I`ve learned from the conference. I am facing financial struggle right now but I will always remember "MAYAMAN SI PAPA!" =)

I thank God for that opportunity na makaatend ako ng mmc.It was my first time to attend that event..after mmc i feel my heart`s overwhelm.and so a blaze tlaga..praise God,sobrang nag uumapaw ako sa pag-ibig..

Hindi ako dapat kasama... It just so happen na nagkasakit yung isang participant sa chapter namin... and my chapter head called me Friday. Imagine, Friday ng tanghali and nasa work pa ako! I really believe God made a way for me attend the MMC this year. Kasi this is the 3rd time that someone called me to take one`s place. First, someone from my lower household, then, my unit head, then, chapter head ko na.

Kahit pa matagal na ko sa community, I never once thought na mararanasan ko yung sinasabi nila na magsasalita sa yo personally si God. And He did! For the first time, He sent me a message loud and clear... "Bring me back my peaple" and He actually showed me how He wants me to bring Him his people.
Our God is really an awesome God. He works in very misterious ways to mold us. Let us all keep the faith ABLAZE!

how great is our GOD.....!!! kahit observer lang kami na ABLAZE na kami... ang galing...sana dito sa region namin set nmin ang fire sa knila.. GOD BLESS

back to basic talks and workshops, great venue, great stage design, excellent logistics, powerful worships, very well organized, everyone on fire. what more can we ask for? hard to top this one. thank you to the organizers and leaders. everything for God :) see you in Cebu.
