a. To fulfill our vision and mission, we need to be formed to conform and to be credible example of His love.
b. Formation helps the single person grow in his faith and deepen his relationship with God.
c. Formation helps the single person with the many decision points he faces in this special stage in life.
3.) Greater appreciation and increased participation in the sacraments
a. Sacraments energize us
b. As a ministry, we make the sacrament an indispensable part of our missionary journey.
i. SFC will grow in their sacramental life
ii. SFCs will share the gift of sacraments with others.

4.) Deliberate and determine effort to bring the SFC vision to reality through creative and traditional evangelization.
a. Deliberate- efforts are carefully planned and organized our objectives and motivations for evangelizing are clear.
b. Determined- we do not allow ourselves to be bogged down by challenges.
c. Creative- make use of our programs/ non-traditional ways to make others experience Christ.
d. Traditional but dynamic – we value our tried and tested.
5.) Committed, life-giving evangelization and service to the poor
a. Committed evangelization-conern for the poor and our obedience to Christ to convict us to be committed to builing the Church of the poor.
b. Life-giving evangelization- conscious/deliberate effort to bring love of Christ to the poor.
6.) Bringing our giftedness in service of the Church
a. As a ministry, we are not only one with the Church but we are also part of the Church.
b. Aside from participating in the life of the basic unit of out Church, which is the parish, we strive to share our ministry’s charisma to our parish.
